Please note that we do not offer Returns and Exchanges on International orders.

For local purchases made within South Africa, customers are able to only exchange items within 7 days from when the order was received. Please note that only the value of the goods will qualify for exchange.

Artinmywardobe is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from an exchange. Shipping charges for returning any item(s) will be at the customer’s own cost.

Please return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt to the address below only. Goods sent to the post office will not be collected.

  • Returns must be received in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and have no marks or damage.
  • Please take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up onto item when trying it on. Items with any kind of stain will be rendered non-returnable.
  • No exchanges on Sale items.
  • No refunds, unless item is proven to be faulty. This happens rarely.

Artinmywardorbe reserves the right to not grant a credit note/exchange/refund if above criteria’s are not met.


Once we have received your package and all differential payments have been received, we will proceed to process the Exchange and send out the item within 7 working days of receiving the original item .


The following items are non-returnable & credit slips will not be issued for the following:

  • All Jewellery
  • All Sale Items


Please note we cannot exchange or give you a credit note on any grooming products, jewellery or swimwear on account of health and hygiene reasons.

If you wish to exchange item(s) please email within 5 days from receiving the product. Our policy requires that item(s) must be returned to our address within 7 days of receiving goods & all returns are at customer’s own cost.

Please state your Name, Email address, Phone number, Address & Order Number. We will reply confirming receipt of your email. Once we have received and checked the returned item(s), we will proceed with the exchange.
