Once you have placed an order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order once it has been processed. However, you can easily place a new order for the extra item you are wanting. Alternatively, email us at info@artinmywardtobe.com and we can send you an invoice for the item you want to add and we can add it to your previous order that is in process.
Sale items cannot be returned for a credit note or be exchanged.
Please Note that all our products are hand-made and minor variations or imperfections are natural, we don’t consider them as faults but more like artisan signatures. Please share pictures of the fault/imperfection you are unhappy with via email at info@artinmywardrobe.com.
If we determine the item as faulty, we will happily exchange the faulty item(s) for a new one in 7 working days, after we have received the original item back in its original condition and tags intact.
As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. This is uncommon but if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours of the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be sent to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will be reimbursed for the unavailable item.
We process orders from Monday – Friday, during office hours only, and we don’t operate on public holidays. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes there might be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Your patience is much appreciated by us.
South African deliveries take 3 to 4 working days only to be delivered. Your item(s) will be sent in most circumstances the day after you place the order. International orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the time of receiving the order. Please note if you order on a Friday after 12 noon or on a weekend your order will only be dispatched the following Monday.
If you are placing an order from Mozambique, Botswana and Zambia, you will be able to place and process the order via our website.
For International orders from countries other than the ones mentioned above please email us at info@artinmywardrobe.com with your order query along with your full postal address and we can send you an appropriate shipping quote.
Please note that deliveries outside of South Africa may be subject to local import taxes. Payment of such taxes is the responsibility of customer.
Please note, we do not offer return or exchanges on international orders.
